What was originally reported as an expliosion calling a 2 alarm fire has been assessed as a small fire in the Shaw building. It is having a big impact on services. EMS says 911 is still working, but their in-ambulance computers are dowm. Paramedics are taking patients to the closest hospitals. Other outages the public may notice include, Internet, TV, and all radio stations broadcasting from the building are off the air. Calgary’s 311 line, and Calgary Transit are both experiences phone outages. There are no reports of injuries. July 11, 2012
