Friday, August 24th, 2012A long anticipated north west recreation facility is finally becomming a reality and will be located in Rocky Ridge. A few of the fabulous features include: 25m – 8 lane pool with springboard diving; Recreation pool with wave pool, play feature, lazy river, vortex and waterslides; Ice Rinks, Gymnasium, Climbing wall, Multipurpose rooms, Youth Centre, Library, Arts department, Childcare and child minding, and retail and food services. Secondary Access in and out of Evanston
Wednesday, August 22nd, 2012A temprary recycled-concrete road has been constructed on the Evanston Hill road alignment which connects to 144th Avenue. This is now open for local traffic as a (much welcomed) secondary access road in and out of Evanston. This was constructed as part of the Evanston Phase 19 Engineering submission.
